🏡 We are a family with children living in a house in a very nice and quiet area, and now we are renting out a completely newly renovated 55 sqm apartment in the basement with its own entrance. The apartment consists of two bright and fresh rooms with large windows, equipped with beds, cabinets, and carpet. There is also a fresh kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of storage, as well as a nice bathroom with both a washing machine and a dryer. It takes only about five minutes to walk to the nearest grocery store. The rent is 3,500 SEK per room and month (a total of 6,500 SEK for the entire apartment), and it includes heating, water, and internet (electricity is extra). We are looking for someone who is calm, well-behaved, smoke and pet-free. The accommodation is perfect for, for example, two girlfriends who want to live together but have their own room.
