Location Skiveien 45 has an attractive and very central location in Tårnåsen/Kolbotn with a short distance to Kolbotn center and Tårnåsen. A beautiful idyll with a hiking trail, sitting benches, and a quay edge. Solbråtanveien is the hiking road that connects the green areas at Kolbotn together. The road begins in the heart of Kolbotn, Kolben, and stretches to the outdoor areas at the southern end of Kolbotnvannet. Solbråtanveien has sun from morning to evening and is used by walkers and runners as well as cyclists and strollers. Between beautiful houses and green gardens, you will find floating docks, benches, birdlife, fishing opportunities, and views of Kolbotnvannet. Generasjonsparken has benches, grass, playground equipment, the Hjerterom sculpture, a Petanque court, and a bike track. In the exercise park, you can express yourself on various exercise equipment and the Storebukta football field. At Skogsland, you will find a quay with opportunities for kayaking/canoeing. Nordenga has a bridge to Storøya. Storøya is a forested island with fishing opportunities. At the end of Solbråtanveien, you can follow the gravel road that leads to the hiking trails on the west side of Kolbotnvannet over Kantoråsen (and back to the center, "the round around Kolbotnvannet") or the hiking trails to Gjersjøen.
