Good location, just a few minutes' walk to public transport such as buses and trains and the Sollentuna Centrum shopping center with shopping, gym facilities, and grocery stores. Only 12 minutes by train to Stockholm, Odenplan and 20 minutes by train to Arlanda airport. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood and cul-de-sac. Close to the water, large outdoor areas, preschools, and schools. The property includes a small garden, an outdoor storage room, and parking possibility. All operating costs are included in the rent. Prefer to rent out to ex-pat families or well-behaved students. The house is perfect for a family of 4 people or for three students to share. Since 2011, I have rented out the apartment to international families who come to Sweden to work for a few years. They have all been very satisfied here. They have liked the simplicity of an apartment but appreciated the villa feel with a garden.
