I am renting out a charming and peaceful home amidst nature. The house has been extensively renovated over the years. This is a home for someone who enjoys the closeness of nature, tranquility, and the atmosphere of a log house. The yard features a large storage built in 2019, a woodshed, a root cellar, and a greenhouse. The house is located along Palonurmentie. It is 20 km to Nilsiä, and in winter, there is a convenient shortcut via the ice road to Tahko. The house is 2-story, the lower floor houses a sauna, bathroom, and a combined living room and kitchen. The house has its own well water, so there are no water charges except for an annual septic tank emptying. The tenant is responsible for chimney sweeping once a year by an official chimney sweep. The tenant handles the aforementioned tasks, electricity bills, and insurance. We are currently finishing up in the house and the renovation will be completed by the end of this month.
