We will be away on a longer trip and therefore wish to rent out our nice and modern apartment in Lillestrøm. Rental period: The apartment can be rented out in the following ways: * November 2026 – January 2027 * March 2027 – around May 10, 2027 * The entire period from November 2026 to around May 10, 2027 The apartment is rented out fully furnished and is well-suited for those who need a comfortable temporary accommodation for a few months. About the residence The apartment is 58 m² and is located in a modern building from 2016. It has a good and practical layout with: * Separate bedroom * Open and social living/kitchen area * Modern kitchen with necessary equipment * Bathroom * Balcony * Elevator in the building * Fully furnished and equipped The residence appears well-maintained and has everything one needs to live comfortably over a longer period. Location The apartment is centrally located while being in a quiet and established area. It's a short distance to grocery stores, a pharmacy, and other service offerings. There are good public transport connections from the area, with a short travel time to Lillestrøm center and further to Oslo. The train from Lillestrøm to Oslo S takes about 10 minutes. Rent and other conditions Rent: 19,000 NOK per month. TV, internet, electricity, and water are included in the rent. The tenant has their own contents insurance. We are looking for a calm, responsible, and tidy tenant who will treat the residence with respect. The apartment is non-smoking, and we do not want parties or other activities that could be disturbing for the neighbors.
