In the popular Nilo area, a small and bright detached house is available for rent with its own large yard area. There is an outdoor socket on the wall of the outbuilding. The house has an energy-efficient air heat pump installed in 2023, which serves as the main source of heating. There are also electric heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom/WC and sauna area. Location and services – Local shop about 100 m – City center services and sports hall about 2 km – Helilampi beach 700 m – Winter swimming at Petäjälampi about 2 km – Ski trails and outdoor routes nearby (Petäjälampi, Kuusamo circuit trail) – Ruka about a 20-minute drive away Fiber optic connection enables smooth internet use and remote work. In summer, the tenant can use a lawnmower. Rental terms The tenant concludes their own electricity contract (heating and usage electricity) and takes out comprehensive home insurance with liability insurance. Additionally, the tenant is responsible for waste costs, snow plowing, and an advance payment for water of 25 €/person/month (adjusted according to consumption). Pets can be agreed upon. Credit information will be checked, and previous rental relationships can be considered. Rental security deposit is 1500 euros. Fixed-term contract until 30.5.2027, after which it continues indefinitely. The start date of the rental relationship can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The house is shown furnished in the pictures, but is now emptied for the tenant. I am looking for a tenant who takes good care of the house and appreciates living in a detached home. So please get in touch as soon as possible if you are interested. Also, see the house's sales ad on Etuovi – the property can either be purchased or rented.
