Long-term rental is strongly desired. Rent includes "everything," including electricity*, heating, hot water, internet (minimum 100/100Mbits, currently 500/500), municipal fees (water/waste disposal), and one parking space along the side of the house. *Normal electricity consumption is included. Waterborne heating is logarithmically controlled by the landlord (Tibber app and control), electric car charging is not possible. Data mining or other power-intensive hobbies are not included. Balanced ventilation provides continuous fresh air, airing is not allowed in the cold season for the sake of not "heating for the crows." We want an open dialogue about electricity consumption based on mutual trust and understanding that electricity is a major expense. The apartment is not suitable for children. - The only thing you need to bring is your own duvet/pillow and bed linen. - Due to fire safety and escape routes, it is not allowed to bring your own larger furniture.
