The residence is located in a detached villa on Främre Furet in central Halmstad. Besides your own room of about 15 sqm, you have access to a shared kitchen with dining room, a shared living room, and two shared bathrooms / WC, one on each floor. The large bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a small bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor are all three bedrooms and a WC. In addition to you, there are currently two guys, 19 and 20 years old, who both work, and a cat. The house has a garden that surrounds the entire building with generous areas to lie on the deck, sit under the apple tree, or in the greenhouse. On the property, there is also a shed that contains storage and a sauna. The property is close to Linnéparken, Coop Gamletull, and it takes about 10 minutes to cycle to the university or to walk into town. We are renting out our residence due to moving to New Zealand, and our son is one of the residents who will also handle contract signing and communication primarily. The rent is inclusive and includes all living expenses, including electricity and wireless 5G wifi. Free parking spaces are available along the streets in the neighborhood.
