The apartment is cozy and the area is quite peaceful. It is close to grocery stores, subway, commuter train, and buses. The apartment is located 3.5 floors up (elevator to floor 3 + one flight of stairs). Fully furnished, 160 bed, 100mbps internet, shower with bathtub, combined dishwasher & fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also access to a laundry room. The landlord is HSB. I will move away the TV, computer & monitor so these will not be available. Bills for electricity and internet are added on top of the rent (approx. 750kr per month). No access to the basement storage. Non-smoking and no pets. For rent until further notice. 1 month's rent deposit. 3 months' notice, some flexibility if it needs to be shorter. The tenant must be approved by HSB and submit a personal certificate no older than 1 month.
