Available from December 1st for a new tenant! Love led my current roommate to move and live with their partner. The room is newly painted, furnished, and located on 2 floors in the townhouse. Shared spaces are shared. Electricity and wifi are included in the rent. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, towels, kitchen utensils are also included. Own toilet with shower is on the same floor. The bedroom has a code lock for anyone who wants to lock up after themselves and also a latch on the inside. Patio at the front and back. It is a quiet green area with good bus connections to Malmö. Bus stop 50 meters away. The bus goes to Malmö Södervärn and stops at MAS, Möllan (center). Good commuting times! Trains are available in Svedala with frequent connections. It's me and my son living here. Everyone works and has different routines, so everyone handles their own food, tidying up after themselves. There's space in the storage and a large walk-in closet for any belongings you might bring and want to put away. I always work nights and often stay at my partner's. I'm looking for a younger guy or a pensioner. Women of all ages. You should work or have a steady income. There is a dog in the house.
