A studio apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, where the neighbors can't look inside from the windows. The apartment is currently undergoing a surface renovation, where old wallpapers are removed, walls are smoothed and painted. The old plastic carpet is also removed and the plank floor underneath is sanded and treated. In addition, the kitchen cabinet doors are being replaced (old doors are shown in pictures), and Ikea Ivar cabinets will be installed on the walls and floor of the apartment. A picture of the roof silhouettes is from the balcony of the stairwell. The downside of the apartment is a small bathroom, but efforts are being made to make it as functional as possible. There is a laundry room in the housing company. You can visit the apartment in October during the renovation. The selected tenant may possibly suggest color preferences if the walls have not yet been painted. The tenant is asked for a 1-month rent deposit. Alternatively, we can also discuss using the Qasa agreement.
