Large, bright room in spacious 3-room apartment near train & bus available immediately: Welcome to a large, bright room (16 sqm) in a reasonable and newly renovated 3-room apartment of 76 sqm near train and bus in Märsta with immediate move-in. The apartment is very well-planned and has a separate fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking without disturbing each other and a large lovely living room with TV that we share. The room you rent is a large and private room of 16 sqm, furnished with bed, desk and storage etc. Location & Transport: The residence has a fantastic location for commuters. You are within walking distance to both trains and excellent bus connections, which takes you smoothly and quickly to Stockholm Central or Uppsala Central in just 18 minutes. By commuter train to Stockholm approx. 34 minutes. Bus to Arlanda airport in 15 minutes. Within 500-600 meters distance there are grocery stores like Willys, ICA Kvantum, Lidl and Coop, gyms (Nordic Wellness, Sats and Finess24Seven, Träna Mer) pharmacy, Clas Ohlson, H&M, other stores and restaurants, library etc. I am looking for a responsible, calm and non-smoking person with stable finances (employment or CSN). It is important that we respect each other's privacy but also can have a pleasant atmosphere in the shared areas.
