Fossåsen, Ulset

The rental unit is located in the basement of a detached house in a quiet and family-friendly area in Åsane. Its location is central, with a short distance to the bus, Kiwi, Åsane terminal, Åsane Storsenter, and nice hiking areas. The unit is about 45 m² and consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with a small stove. The rental unit has its own entrance and feels secluded, while still being part of our house. We are a family living in the main part of the house and wish for a quiet and pleasant rental relationship. There is the possibility of parking. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. Note: The rental unit is currently rented, so it has not been possible to take completely updated pictures. Some pictures are digitally adjusted to show the current wall colors and appearance. There may be minor differences in furnishings and details compared to how the rental unit looks today. The kitchenette has been upgraded since the picture was taken, and today has more counter space, a small stove, and a kitchen fan. Feel free to contact if interested.
