I am renting out my gem at Borgmästargården with a fantastic view of the bridge and all the way to Copenhagen. This is due to work in another location. It is a smartly planned 2-room apartment of 40 square meters with a glazed balcony facing west. From here you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The apartment is rented out partially furnished (fully furnished but without kitchenware/dishes or TV). The price includes water, heating, electricity, broadband and parking. There is a dishwasher. The apartment is within walking distance to Mobilia shopping center, and cycling distance to both Triangeln and Hyllie. In addition, there are good public transport options, as five city bus lines and a regional bus run right nearby, with another two regional buses about a 10-minute walk away. Since the apartment is my treasure, I want to rent it out to a responsible and orderly person or couple. Smoking is not allowed. The housing association needs to approve the tenant, and they approve leasing for 6 months at a time. So, 6 months with the possibility of extension. :)
