Newly renovated apartment in a semi-detached house near the light rail, Nesttun center, and Lagunen. It is a short drive (15 min) or public transport to Flesland. The apartment has two bedrooms, each accommodating a 120cm bed. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer combo, a cooktop, and an oven. The wall shelf in the kitchen gets a door so the fuse box is not visible. The bathroom has folding shower doors, a wall-hung toilet, and a fan controlled manually. In the tall cabinet, there is a water heater and a new combined washing machine/dryer. There is also room for storing detergents here. From the living room, there is access to a private outdoor area. It gets sun in the afternoon/evening and is well sheltered from wind and view. Underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedrooms. To reach the apartment, walk past the main entrance of the house, around the corner to the right, and a small staircase leads to the apartment's own entrance. The apartment will be furnished with a 120x200cm bed and wardrobe in each bedroom. Sofa (sofa bed) and living room table in the living room, storage furniture in the bathroom, and in the hallway there will be hangers for outerwear and a shoe cabinet or shoe rack.
