I rent our beloved home furnished for a limited time to a reliable tenant. This apartment offers a wonderfully warm and, despite its square meters, surprisingly functional and spacious safe haven. The housing association is well-maintained, quiet, and clean, with a recently renovated sauna department and a high-quality laundry room. Free use of the laundry room and a personal sauna session on Thursday evenings are included in the rent. The apartment has a small kitchen nook with its own small window and also a dishwasher! Despite its small size, any cooking is possible in the kitchen. The tableware is available for 12 people. The space in the hallway has been utilized with a dresser, so it is also possible for two people to work remotely from different rooms without problems. A separate dining area with its own window brings a sense of space to the apartment, where the living room and the sleeping alcove remain as a separate entity. Three windows to the west are the reason for the apartment's incredible brightness even in winter, and the view of the opposite building's black tin roofs is beautiful. The sleeping alcove has a 160cm bed with down pillows and a down duvet. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Additionally, the living room space features a Tapio Anttila design sofa, which can be converted from a higher "armchair" (as shown in pictures) to a wide low sofa, and also into a guest bed for 1 person (bedding for 1 person, as well as a thin mattress topper, can be found in the apartment for this purpose). The location near Hakaniemi is almost perfect, a 15-minute walk to the railway square. The Hakaniemi market and the 24/7 S-Market in Ympyrätalo are a 5-minute walk away, and nearby you will also find the lovely Karhupuisto with its cafes and restaurants.
