I am renting out an apartment of approximately 80 sqm in the villa where I myself live. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area with proximity to the sea, nature, and nice walking trails. Here you live with plenty of space and a calm feeling, while still being close to Gothenburg. By car, it takes about 15 minutes to the city center, and there are also good opportunities to get around by public transport. This is suitable for you who are looking for comfortable housing in a quieter area, yet want the city within easy reach. Since I live in the other apartment in the villa myself, it will be a small and personal accommodation, where we have our own separate dwellings. NOTE! Electricity costs are additional and variable.
