Bright and cozy 3-room apartment of approximately 60 m² available for rent at Tøyen from October. Initially, I envision leasing until February, but the rental period is flexible, and there may be an opportunity for extension if it suits both parties. The apartment can be rented fully or partially furnished. Layout The apartment has a good and flexible layout with an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and separate WC. The living room has plenty of space for both a sofa and dining area, wood stove, and access to the balcony facing a quiet backyard. There is underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, and hallway. The kitchen is bright and functional with good cabinet and counter space. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms additionally has a smaller kitchen solution. The mini-kitchen is a supplement to the main kitchen and is not a separate living or rental unit. The reason for this is that the room was previously used as a dormitory solution while the owner lived in the rest of the apartment. The room is not a separate unit and does not have its own bathroom or other separate facilities. Bathroom, WC, and other areas belong to the apartment as a whole. In this rental, the entire apartment is rented out together as one unit. The apartment is well-suited for one person, a couple, a small family, or two people who want separate bedrooms. What is included The entire apartment is rented out together. It can be rented fully furnished or partially furnished according to needs and agreement. The furniture to be left can thus be somewhat adapted to the tenant and the length of the rental period. The rental period is initially October–February, but a shorter period and possible extension can be discussed. Neighborhood and connections The apartment is centrally located at Tøyen in Old Oslo, with short distance to Tøyen subway station and good public transport connections to the city center and the rest of the city. In the neighborhood, you will find, among other things, shops, cafés, restaurants, and services, as well as short distances to green spaces and pleasant areas such as Kampen, Tøyen Park, and the Botanical Garden. The apartment itself faces a quieter backyard, providing a nice combination of central location and a more sheltered living environment. Why I am renting out This is the apartment I normally live in, but I wish to rent it out temporarily for a period. Therefore, I am also focused on finding a tenant who will enjoy living here and take good care of the home. I do not need to sign a lease immediately, and I primarily want to find the right person or people.
