Toftes Gate, Oslo

Available room in the friendliest shared flat at Øvre Grünerløkka! Due to a conflict with school, and my spontaneous move-out, a room is now available in one of the coziest shared flats! It's a large and nice 5-room apartment of 110 sqm, right by Birkelund Park and Ringen Cinema. The room you get is bright and spacious, with large windows and good ceiling height. It has a communal area connected to the bedroom, so everyone pays the same rent! If you want to have this extension for yourself, it is possible with an increase in rent. In the flat, there are already some very nice, fun, and welcoming girls residing, so they preferably want a new girl aged 19-27 who is social, nice, and tidy 😊 The apartment has a large communal kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room perfect for movie nights, dinner, or just hanging out or reading together. At the same time, the layout is organized so that everyone has their privacy. The location is superb – short distance to parks, shops, and the heart of Grünerløkka, restaurants, bars, Ringen Cinema, and Akerselva. Trams and buses are also nearby, and from Birkelund stop, trams are constantly running! 9,600 NOK/month – hot water, stair cleaning, storage, private garden, janitor service, and TV/internet included. Electricity is not included, but the Norwegian price is used so the electricity shouldn't cost more than 400/500 NOK in winter. Right now, I've been paying 150 NOK in electricity. Does this sound like a place you could enjoy? Feel free to send a message with a bit about yourself to Mariell Erdvik at +47 482 46 731 and let's have a chat! 💛
