Very nice apartment with its own patio facing southwest with parking directly outside the door. You live on a well-maintained horse farm with nature outside and close to both the sea and central Kungsbacka, but having your own car is preferred since it is a bit far to public transport. We are looking for someone who is non-smoking and pet-free (a small dog is possible) who has a stable income and good references. The apartment is best suited for one person, even though there are two beds. The apartment is furnished. Only serious replies will be accepted.
