Lyserstølen, Nesbyen

CABIN FOR SEASONAL RENTAL UPCOMING WINTER SEASON - 2.5 HOURS FROM OSLO Cozy cabin from 2019 available for winter rental! Lyserstølen is located about 20 minutes from Nesbyen center and is situated high with a good view. Cross-country trails as close as 100m from the door, and a downhill ski resort about a 15-minute drive away. The cabin has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for 8 around the dining table. Loft space on the 2nd floor with a cozy TV corner. The cabin has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate a total of 8-9 guests. 1.5 bathrooms with high standards. Combined washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom and a sauna with space for 4. Very nice hiking opportunities right nearby. Renting out the cabin during the winter months as I live in Trondheim and cannot use it during that period. Rental period minimum 1 month from November 1st to April 30th. Preferably looking for someone who wants to rent for the entire winter season, with the possibility of an agreement for several winter seasons. Cabin rental includes: - Fully furnished cabin - Well-equipped kitchen - 4 bedrooms - 1.5 bathrooms with washer/dryer combo - Possibility to borrow bed linens and towels - Entertainment system in both the living room and loft - Internet may be extra, but paid by the renter (the entertainment systems work well with mobile data) - Parking space for 2 - 3 cars I want the cabin to be well taken care of as it means a lot to the family :) Feel free to send a message and tell about yourself/yourselves, and what you will use the cabin for. Don't hesitate to contact me if there are any questions!
