Student apartment in Kaldnes subleased from October 1st to December 31st. There is an option to rent after the sublease period, but this must be agreed directly with SSN (You must be a student). There is a private bathroom and kitchen, electricity, water and internet are included in the rent. The building is sterile and modern with caretaker services and cleaning. There is also a large shared garden with a grill. I have enjoyed living here very much, but I'm renting it out because my study plans have changed. Rent: 7040kr per month + Qasa's services.
