The cottage is ideal for someone looking for simple and functional living with proximity to the sea, beaches, and good bus connections. The cottage consists of a room with a bed, storage, and dining area, as well as a kitchenette with hotplates, sink, fridge, and microwave. There is a private bathroom with a shower and toilet in the cottage. Outside, there is a small private patio. Electricity, heating, and water are included in the rent. Internet/Wi-Fi is not currently included. Laundry facilities are available in the main building's laundry room once a week by agreement. No private parking space is available. The cottage is located on a residential plot but is detached with its own entrance.
