The apartment is about 30 minutes by car from central Kalmar. There is also a bus stop just 200 meters from the apartment, and the bus to Kalmar takes 40 minutes. If you're heading south towards Karlskrona, it takes about 40 minutes by car. The apartment has one bedroom, a dining area, and a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people. You who rent the apartment have access to outdoor furniture in our garden, and a grill is available for borrowing. Space for your car (one) is available on the property by the apartment and is included. The apartment is only rented to calm and well-behaved individuals with a stable economy. (This of course also includes students with a stable economy). The surroundings have fantastic walking and exercise trails. Within walking distance, there is also a large gym and Möre golf course. A good Ica store is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
