HOUSE FOR RENT IN BOLIDEN – RINGEN 64 We are looking for a reliable tenant who wants to settle in and feel at home in our house at Ringen 64 in Boliden. The house measures approximately 108 m², with additional 32 m² auxiliary space, and has: • kitchen with dining area • 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms • an additional large living room that can serve as a dining room, office, or 4th bedroom • Unfurnished • 1 bathroom and 1 large shower/laundry room • garage with direct access to the house • various practical storage spaces • medium south-facing deck • spacious plot with a low-maintenance garden The house has a water-based heating system powered by an electric boiler. Depending on occupancy and usage habits, electricity consumption—including heating—has historically ranged from approximately 10,000 to 15,000 kWh per year. It is highly energy-efficient. Rent including water and waste collection. The tenant is responsible for paying for electricity consumption and heating separately from the rent. Deposit: 1 month rent. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The rental period is primarily 9-12 months (with some flexibility), with the possibility of extension by agreement. Move-in can be immediate or as agreed upon. Following a separate agreement, there may also be opportunities for the tenant to undertake certain improvements or simpler renovation work in the property for agreed compensation.
