The apartment has spacious and bright rooms with large windows and a ceiling height of 3.2 m. The alcove's net size is approximately 190*242 cm2, and the bed size is 2x 80*200 cm2 (two separate beds joined together with a common mattress topper). The apartment is furnished for short/long-term living, but the large kitchen has plenty of space for your furniture as well. The kitchen currently has a small white table (approximately 80 x 120 cm2), which I can easily remove. The bathroom was completely renovated in connection with the building's plumbing renovation over 10 years ago. If you are looking for a completely unfurnished apartment, that is also possible under certain conditions (at least a long rental period). The building does not have an elevator and represents splendid Art Nouveau architecture with impressive staircases that were repaired around 5 years ago. The laundries in the building's basement with drying rooms were renewed during the plumbing renovation (no additional fee at the moment). The rent includes central heating.
