Washing machine is available in the basement where you can hang your laundry and there's some space to store things. The rest of the basement and the attic are private. Wi-Fi and garbage collection are included. Costs for water and electricity are added monthly based on actual consumption. The electricity consumption includes heating of the house and hot water. Payments are made to the landlord via Swish no later than the 3rd of each month.
