Nøstegaten, Bergen

More pictures can be sent upon request😁 I am going on exchange and therefore want to sublet my room in Nøstegaten 101 from January to July. It is also possible to be flexible on the move-in and move-out dates 😊 The apartment is on the 5th floor and is a cozy collective with two guys aged 22. We are both active, social, and like to watch movies together among other things. Both guys are students at UIB. We are also open to shared dinners and other nice things in everyday life, while of course respecting that everyone has their own life. 🛏️ About the room and apartment * The room is approx. 10 m² * It is the largest room in the collective * Rented out furnished * Common area, kitchen, and bathroom are approx. 20–25 m² * The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, cutlery, kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine * The apartment is on the 5th floor Nøstegaten is centrally located in Bergen, with 200 meters to Bunnpris and a 7-minute walk to Torgallmenningen. 💰 Rent: 6,800 kr/month + electricity and water Deposit will be 2x rent - 13,600 kr 📅 Rental period: January–June, but we can be flexible on dates if needed.
