1st on the south in Norrköping just outside the city center. Close to downtown, close to the university. The apartment is at the top of the building (floor four). There is an elevator. Storage in both the basement and the attic. Laundry room and drying room are in the basement. Bicycle storage/room is adjacent to the neighboring building in the basement. Waste room is about a hundred meters from the apartment. Kitchen directly to the right when you enter the apartment. In the kitchen, there is space for a small dining table with a couple of chairs. Spacious cabinets for kitchen supplies and a tall cabinet for cleaning supplies. Deep stone window sills in both the kitchen and the living room. Straight ahead after entering the apartment is the bathroom. Tiled walls and waterproof flooring. Bathroom cabinet/sink cabinet under the sink with good storage. The living room includes a large wardrobe (walk-in closet) with good storage options. The rent includes water, electricity, and broadband. Before I can rent out my home, I must get permission/clearance from the Söderhöjden board (HSB). This will take about two weeks after I've found a suitable tenant and submitted an application for subleasing my home. I am renting out my home because I am studying in Karlstad.
