Furnished room (18 sqm) in Kärrtorp Hello! I'm renting out a large, bright, and furnished room of 18 sqm in my well-planned two-room apartment (60 sqm) in peaceful Kärrtorp. The rental is particularly aimed at those who commute weekly (for example, Monday to Friday) and seek a safe and harmonious living environment during the workweek. Weekly commuting is not a requirement, but a request. About the room and the residence: • Large furnished room with bed and bedside table, desk, bookshelf, armchair, and two spacious built-in wardrobes. Ceiling lamp, bedside lamp, and floor lamp as well as rugs are available. • Full access to shared kitchen, bathroom, hall, and laundry room. • You get plenty of personal space in the fridge, freezer, pantry, and kitchen cabinets, as well as access to all kitchenware. • Wifi and heating are included in the rent. • Electricity is paid separately on top of that and shared 50/50. Rules and living environment: The home is a place for calm and recovery. Therefore, I apply the rule that all private socializing and visits take place outside the apartment (this applies of course to both you and me). It should be quiet in the apartment between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays and weekends. We share the responsibility to keep the common areas clean and fresh. The room should be empty over the weekends, but of course, you leave your belongings that you need during the weeks in the room. There is always room for discussion regarding other availability in connection with changes in schedule and working hours. Location and transportation: The apartment is located in a quiet and green area with just a few minutes walk to Kärrtorp center, about 5 min (metro, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurant, and cafes). The subway (green line 17) takes you to Slussen in about 12 minutes and T-Centralen in under 20 minutes. The apartment is also close to the Sandsborg subway station where there is also a grocery store, pharmacy, and swimming pool. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk there and from there the green line 18 subway takes you to Slussen in about 9 minutes and to T-Centralen in about 13 minutes. There are many and very good cycle paths to and from the apartment. Who am I looking for? I'm looking for a calm, non-smoking, and well-behaved person with stable finances who preferably commutes weekly due to work or study. Weekly commuting is not a requirement. Since we share the apartment and you rent one from me, I place great importance on personal chemistry.
