But there should be good notice for you as a tenant when it is going to be sold. The apartment is located in Karlshamn on the 3rd floor without an elevator, with a thorough floor plan. Close to the center such as the train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. Very close also to the sea and beautiful nature. The rent includes heating, water, and electricity. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is free street parking and with a parking disc around the apartment building as well as in several parts of the city. Also note that the internet is paid by the tenant and that the apartment will be rented unfurnished or partially furnished (according to agreement).
