The apartment is located in Kungsholmen, right next to Vasastan, offering the best of both worlds - proximity to the city while quiet neighborhoods, parks, and green spaces are around the corner. The apartment is 85 sqm and situated on the fifth floor with an elevator. It has three bedrooms and is particularly suitable for families with children. Since this is our own family home, most of what might be needed for children is already in place. The spacious living room and dining area are the natural gathering points of the home, with plenty of space to socialize, have dinner together, or just relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dishwasher and everything needed for everyday cooking. There are two bathrooms, both with toilets, showers, and underfloor heating. The apartment also has fast Wi-Fi and a separate workspace, making it well-suited for those who need to work remotely during their stay. Our private east-facing balcony is a lovely spot for breakfast or morning coffee, and as a guest, you are welcome to use the grill. The location is very central with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. At the same time, it is close to quieter green areas and nice walking paths, making the area particularly pleasant for families. Please note: This is our private home and not an apartment that is usually rented out. We will be living abroad for about three months and are therefore looking for a responsible family or group to stay in our home during this period.
