Welcome to a bright and well-planned home in central Norrköping. The dwelling is modern and cozy with an open and social kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, and freezer. In the spacious bathroom, there is a shower as well as a combined washer/dryer. The dwelling is located very centrally in Norrköping, with only about a 5-minute walk to Linköping University's Norrköping campus. Here you have close proximity to the university, while the city center, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation are within comfortable walking distance. I am renting out the dwelling because I am currently working in Gothenburg and therefore will not be using the home during the period. I am looking for a tidy and responsible tenant who takes good care of the dwelling.
