Hello! I am subletting my large bedroom in a shared apartment from October 6th. The rent is 8000 NOK per month, plus a fee to qasa. Electricity and internet are not included in the rent, expenses are shared among the members of the collective. Here, you live in a shared apartment with 3 other girls, where you share a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. The apartment is very well located at Danmarksplass, Rema 1000 is in the neighboring building, baker Brun is on the ground floor of the building, and the light rail is right nearby. The bedroom is very large at 21m2 and is furnished with an extendable 180 cm bed and wardrobe. The room is so big that you almost have a bedroom and your own living room in the same room. I have a 1-year contract on the room, which expires on 31.07.27. If you want to live there longer, you can contact the landlords as the time approaches and ask if you can take over the room after me.
