Hello! I am renting out a bright and furnished room of 8 square meters plus a large built-in wardrobe in my well-planned four-room apartment (91 sqm) in cozy Sköndal. About the room and residence: • Unfurnished room with access to a large built-in wardrobe. • Full access to shared kitchen, bathroom, hallway, balcony, and laundry room. • You get plenty of your own space in the fridge, freezer, pantry, and kitchen cabinets, as well as access to all kitchenware. • Wifi and heating are included in the rent. • Electricity and water are paid separately and split 50/50 Regarding the accommodation. The home is a place for calmness and relaxation. I rarely have guests at home and therefore expect that my tenant does not either, and if visits are planned, they must be checked with me in advance. It should be quiet in the apartment between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays and weekends. We share responsibility for keeping common areas clean and fresh. Location and communications: The apartment is located in a quiet area right on the edge of the Flaten Nature Reserve. Very good communications with a short walking distance to Norra Sköndal, Skarpnäck metro (green line), and bus 181, about 150m from the apartment. Hemköp Skarpnäck is nearby and you can also easily reach the large shopping area in Sköndal with Willys, Systembolaget, etc. There are many and very good cycling paths to and from the apartment. You have close proximity to green areas and bathing spots in both Flaten Nature Reserve and near Dreviken. Who am I and who am I looking for. I am a 51-year-old woman living a quiet and peaceful life. Since I enjoy the area very much but the apartment feels a bit large since the children moved out, I am now looking for a lodger. I like all forms of creative creation and always have at least one knitting/sewing project on the go. I am smoke-free and the house is smoke-free, which means that tenants are not allowed to smoke either on the balcony or outside the door, only outside the area's boundaries. Who are you? You are a well-organized woman with an orderly life seeking small accommodation. Maybe you study, travel often, or commute weekly (of course, not a requirement). You respect the fact that you are a lodger with me, and I put great emphasis on good communication and personal chemistry for the accommodation to work.
