I am renting out my apartment at a quiet address in the heart of S:t Knut because I'm moving abroad. Rental permission is given one year at a time (by the housing association). There is a possibility for extension. The residence is a through-plan turn-of-the-century three-room apartment of 106 sqm with a bedroom, living room (sofa, TV, and dining set), library/lounge and kitchen, as well as a large southwest-facing balcony. It is located at the top of the building with a ceiling height of 3.30 meters. The library can be converted into an extra bedroom if needed. The apartment is very lovingly and uniquely furnished and decorated. I would like to rent out to a responsible person or couple who, like me, appreciate and respect the home. Unfortunately, my home is not suitable for pets or children. Good storage possibilities, large gas stove with two ovens, electronic blackout curtains in all rooms, alarm, keyless lock, large fridge/freezer with ice machine (cubes and balls), setup for home office, etc. If interested, please respond with a short presentation of yourself/selves and I will send more pictures and answer any questions.
