Looking for a tenant at Carl Berner! The price per month is 10500 NOK + electricity (broadband/internet is included). Room (8m^2) is available from October as my original roommate recently bought an apartment. Dates can be arranged, but I am open to long-term rental until next summer 🥳 The apartment is shared with me (Are, 26). I am an active and social guy who loves to exercise, go hiking, travel, cook good food, or socialize with friends! I will be traveling back and forth to Copenhagen some weekends, so the apartment will be empty then. :) I have previously lived in various shared apartments with a mix of both girls and boys, which has worked well. I have just started a permanent job after studying at NHH earlier in August. The apartment is centrally located at Carl Berner, with buses, trams, and the metro right outside the door. The gem of the apartment is the south-facing balcony, which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The bedroom in question is furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, and nightstand/commode - see pictures. A shelf for additional storage space can be added if needed.
