Hello🙂! The house was rented out during the past two years and I had to completely renovate the house after the last tenants who left a lot of damage.... All rooms are newly painted. There are 2 bathrooms, a large one that is completely newly renovated and a smaller bathroom next to the master bedroom. The house has underfloor heating. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, which works perfectly if you want some private life (from children, for example 😉), I personally love this solution. Additionally, there are 5 rooms (a large living room), 3 bedrooms, and an office that can just as well be a bedroom (guest room, family room). The pictures were taken when the house was furnished. The best way to see the house is to book a viewing. The kitchen and living room are located in the central part of the house. There is a large terrace, about 120 m2, the plot is about 1100 m2. The house has 48 solar panels, and therefore, the electricity bills are low. From April to September, electricity bills are close to zero, or you go into surplus and the electricity is saved for bills coming during the winter period. In the house, there is underfloor heating, a NIBE heat pump. The house is located in the nicest and safest area of all Ljungby. There are 100 meters to kindergarten, a playground for children is on the other side of the street, the forest is a few hundred meters away (if you want to walk, cycle or go out with a dog, pick mushrooms, blueberries, etc). I am looking for serious tenants, but with good and secure finances who will take care of the house as their own. There is broadband in Ljungby that costs about 400 (it is up to you which broadband you choose). I cover the house insurance, but if you want (recommended) to insure your private belongings, then you can get a separate insurance. Bills for water/sewage vary, but they go to about 900 sek/month.
