The apartment is about 400 meters from the railway station and has good train connections to Växjö, Kalmar, and Karlskrona. The travel time to these places is around 30 minutes by train. The apartment consists of a living room with a sleeping alcove, kitchen, hall, and bathroom. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to Emmaboda station. ICA, Coop, a pizzeria, and other grocery stores are nearby. I am renting out the apartment because I work in another location. The apartment is rented out partially furnished and includes among other things a bed (180 or 150 cm), sofa, kitchen table, and chairs, etc. There is also the possibility to rent the apartment unfurnished, according to the tenant's wishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, kettle, cups, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and dishwasher, etc. I am looking for a responsible couple or a small family with a stable economy. No payment remarks are accepted. The rent includes electricity (normal consumption up to 500 SEK per month). If the electricity cost exceeds 500 SEK, the tenant pays the excess cost.
