Furnished room in central Malmö – female tenant wanted NOTE! A home with dogs and cats We are renting out a furnished room in our spacious four-room apartment of 98 sqm, centrally located in Malmö, close to both Malmö Central Station and Malmö University. We are a mother and daughter sharing the apartment today. We are now looking for a calm, well-behaved, non-smoking and preferably animal-friendly woman who wants her own room and a pleasant place to live. You will have your own furnished room of about 11 sqm, with: - Bed - Desk - Storage - A small alcove with sofa You have access to your own toilet and share the bathroom and kitchen with us. The living room is initially our private area. The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony with a view of the garden and canal. We have both dogs and cats at home, so you need to like animals and feel comfortable with them being a natural part of everyday life. There may be a bit of dog hair flying around, and you need to be able to live with it. Of course, we want it to be nice and keep the common areas tidy. It's important to us that we show consideration for each other, respect each other's privacy, and function well together. You have your own room, your own corner while we share certain areas in the apartment. Move-in: October 1, 2026 The rental period is currently until January 31, 2027, but there is flexibility and possibility to discuss another period by agreement. Does it sound interesting?
