The spacious living room has two sofa groups, a dining table, an open fireplace (which unfortunately cannot be used), and reading chairs. The kitchen is newly renovated in a retro style, just like the two main floors. The upper floor has two bedrooms, an office, a guest room, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space, and its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. The office has a height-adjustable desk and a loose armchair. The balcony is accessible from the guest room. The basement still has an older standard but is suitable for sleeping (we lived there for three months while the rest of the house was being renovated). Outdoors, there is a garden measuring 500 sqm, a garage used as storage for bulky items. It is possible to park on the driveway. The best thing about the house is the location. With a few minutes’ walk to Hammarbyhöjden or Björkhagen metro stations, the city center is close while the beautiful nature of Nackareservatet is just outside the plot. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday services are around the metro stations. The house is rented out while we are traveling, so unfortunately extension is not possible.
