Balladgatan, Malmö

Hi! I am renting out my spacious 2.5-room apartment in Högaholm because of employment in another town. The apartment has an incredible amount of natural light, a spacious bedroom and living room. Enclosed balcony. The area is quiet and peaceful, mostly retirees and families with children live here. Close to green areas and plenty of grilling spots around. Also close to grocery stores and public transport. Good connections to bike paths. TV broadband as well as electricity and water are included in the rent.
