I am renting out my apartment in Erdal, the apartment was built in 2022 and was completed in December 2022! My partner and I have lived in it since then, and we have been very happy with it, but we have chosen to move into something larger. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout the hallway + storage room and bathroom! The hallway has bright nice tiles that make it easy to keep the entrance clean and nice, the same tiles are also used in the storage room! The bathroom is fully tiled, with underfloor heating. Nice and spacious bathroom with smart solutions. Room for a washing machine and dryer behind a glass sliding door. The living room and kitchen are in the same room, large and spacious which makes it easy to furnish! A dining table and living room table can be included if desired! As well as everything hanging on the walls! The kitchen is integrated with a stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, and oven, so these are included here! Outside the kitchen, there is a small cozy balcony that gets nice morning sun! Outdoor furniture can also be included if desired! The apartment also has 2 bedrooms! The entire apartment has spotlights in all rooms! There is also a parking space right outside the entrance which makes it extra easy to get things in and out! Comes with 2 parking spaces for the apartment, with charging options for an electric car! There is a large gravel outdoor area that all 4 housing units share! At the back of the apartment.
