I am renting out my cozy apartment at Bjølsen from November 1, 2026. It is a 2-room apartment with its own bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. The living room is partially furnished with a sofa bed and kitchen table+chairs. TV on the wall. Kitchen with all appliances, and bathroom with washing machine. A storage room in the basement can also be used by the tenant. Some of the pictures are old, but are included as an illustration. (Among other things, the bedroom is no longer green, but painted beige) Electricity required in advance 600 per month, and is settled every 4 months based on actual consumption. The 37 and 54 buses run almost right outside the door. It takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the subway in Nydalen. 3 minutes walk to different grocery stores. Voldsløkka as the nearest neighbor!
