Hello! I am renting out an Attefall house of about 30 sqm in Tullinge until further notice. The house is located in a quiet and nature-friendly area within walking distance to Stendalsbadet. In the adjacent forest, there are pleasant hiking trails, and a bit further away is Flottsbro, offering opportunities for downhill cycling and skiing. Tullinge center is about 2.5 km away and offers, among other things, shops and a commuter train station. It is easily accessible by bike, bus, or on foot. Södertörn University is about 3.5 km away. The Attefall house is a few years old and overall in good condition, but it is not newly renovated. The house comes basically furnished with a sofa, bed, dining table, and chairs, as well as equipment for cooking. The furnishing can be adjusted to some extent based on needs. Rent: 6000 SEK/month plus Qasa's fee. The rent includes water, garbage collection, and a parking space with charging capability for an electric car. Electricity consumption is charged separately. We are primarily looking for a reliable and well-behaved tenant for a long-term rental. For us, it is important that it feels right for both parties and that we find someone who enjoys living here and wants to stay.
