A beautiful, furnished detached house is offered for rent from the village of Puumala. The house is lovely! It is close to services, yet still a private place to be and live freely. The house is available immediately and available until at least June 30, 2027. Shorter periods are also possible. The house has two bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, toilet, and a large hallway downstairs. A highly efficient air source heat pump was installed in the living room last summer, which has significantly reduced heating costs (well over €100/month in winter) and has been a great relief in the heat. There is also a (non-storing) fireplace in the living room. In the upstairs bedrooms, there is a fireplace in one and a wood stove in the other. A new washing machine, new dryer, dishwasher, and an extra chest freezer are also available. The toilet needs renovation but is quite usable. The downstairs can be closed off in winter if desired, so that the living room, kitchen, and toilet are in the heating area of the air source heat pump, and the upstairs and hallway can be left cold. The yard has a beautiful, relatively new shed and a traditional yard sauna, whose stove and large water kettle are heated with wood. There is also a six-person wood-heated hot tub in the yard. There is a good amount of firewood available, and it can be freely used. In the yard, there are apple trees, plum trees, and berry bushes, as well as a large trampoline. Direct access from the backyard to a sports field. The rent is €650/month + water according to usage. An electricity agreement, waste management, and home insurance are also the tenant's responsibility. We can also make electricity agreements, etc., ourselves, and you can pay the invoices directly to us based on actual usage. As landlords, we are happy, friendly, caring, flexible, and quick to respond. It is important to us that you feel safe and comfortable throughout your stay. We do not have any essential need to rent out the house, but we believe that renting it could bring a lot of joy to you, us, and the house. 😊 The hope would be that no pets move into the house due to allergies, but this can be discussed if a suitable tenant is found. A customary 1-month rent deposit (even though Qasa automatically states that it is not needed).
