Hello! My family and I will be living abroad for a year and want to rent out our nice apartment, preferably to a couple or a small family. The dates are non-negotiable and there is no possibility for extension. The apartment is fully furnished and has been rearranged since the photos were taken, so it looks different. For example, there is a round table in the kitchen and there are more cabinets. The rent includes electricity, water, Internet (high-speed), and parking in the garage, very close to the apartment. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the balcony is spacious with a view of the courtyard and daily sun for several hours during the summer. Storage is not included. The residence is a 5-minute walk from the hub Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen and within walking distance to Backaplan, Keillers Park, Jubileumsparken, restaurants, shops, and Kville Square.
