About the accommodation and the layout; The apartment is 163 sqm and is characterized by generous ceiling height of about 3.5m, beautiful stuccos, thick original mirrored doors in solid oak, and large insulated triple-glazed windows. We bought the accommodation 2.5 years ago and are working to carefully restore and improve several of the original turn-of-the-century details. New electricity has been installed in parts of the apartment. There are visible traces of the electrical installation in some walls, but all installations are fully professionally executed, fully functional, and secure.
