Brobygatan, Malmö

Small bedroom and office room and shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The room is suitable for someone who needs temporary accommodation (1-3 months) or for someone who also lives elsewhere. The bedroom I am renting out is small, but accommodates a bed, a small workspace, and clothes storage. There is also a storage room in the basement included. The apartment is a bright and nice 3.5-room apartment. The shared living room can be seen in the third and last picture. The tenant can get a private storage room in the basement. I, who live here, also study/work from home, so I am mostly present.
