The apartment is being rented out as I am currently waiting to sell because the market is not optimal. Therefore, I am looking for a neat and responsible tenant for a longer period. A flat rate for normal consumption is included in the rent, but in case of abnormally high consumption, an extra cost may apply. If the association's fee or interest rates change during the rental period, the rent may be adjusted based on these changes. 📅 Rental period I am looking for someone who wants to rent for at least a year, with the possibility of continued renting until the apartment is sold. When it becomes relevant to sell, the apartment may need to be shown to potential buyers. This will naturally be communicated well in advance and planned together with the tenant. 🙋‍♀️ Who am I looking for? For me, it is important to find someone who is neat, responsible, and takes good care of their home. Before renting out, I will perform a credit check and also want to see documentation that proves regular income, such as employment certificates and pay slips. Therefore, I am only looking for serious tenants who are interested in a safe and long-term residence. For your information, the rental agreement can either be signed via Qasa or directly between us.
